What truly sets Jeff apart is his ability to connect with clients. New to fatherhood, Steffan finds deep inspiration in his work, especially when resolving issues for clients. This sense of accomplishment and the ability to make a tangible difference in people’s lives fuel his passion for the job. His approach to work is not just about technical execution; it’s about creating positive impacts and solutions that matter to our clients.
Steffan’s love for animals is evident in his life outside work, where he enjoys the companionship of his two cats and also shares an affinity for dogs. His diverse interests extend to a unique dream: if fortune were to favor him with a lottery win, he envisions opening a gift shop in Alaska. Steffan’s blend of professional dedication, personal aspirations, and diverse interests make him a dynamic and cherished member of the Legacy Home Services team.

His extensive experience allows him to provide top-notch service, and he is dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives a five-star experience. Adam’s commitment to excellence is evident in his thorough and attentive approach, making sure that his clients feel taken care of from start to finish.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending quality time with his two children. He is also an avid chess player and has passed on his love for the game to his son, who now competes in tournaments across the region. In addition to his professional and personal accomplishments, Adam is a proud Army veteran, having served his country with honor and dedication. His diverse interests and strong work ethic make him a valued member of the team and a trusted technician.

Mike Ferrara
Lead Installer
Mike has been in the HVAC industry for the last six years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to every job. He thrives on the challenges that each day presents, ensuring that every system is installed correctly and to the highest standards. While he might not be the quickest, his meticulous attention to detail guarantees reliable and efficient installations every single time. Mike is now leveraging his extensive install experience to slowly transition into a service technician role, aiming to expand his skill set and provide even greater value to his clients.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys a variety of hobbies. He loves to golf, play Frisbee golf, and fish, taking advantage of the great outdoors whenever he can. Additionally, he enjoys playing games on his PC, balancing his active lifestyle with some well-deserved relaxation and fun.
Dan O'Brien
LEad Installer
Dan has been an installer for two years, during which time he has found immense satisfaction in meeting new people daily and helping to make their homes comfortable again. He thrives on the diverse challenges each day brings and is committed to continuous learning and improvement. Dan is currently training to become a service technician, driven by his dedication to mastering new skills and expanding his expertise. With his extensive knowledge in the industry, Dan can provide detailed insights into indoor air quality (IAQ) and recommend protective add-ons for your system.
Outside of work, Dan has a passion for fitness and enjoys pushing his physical limits. He competes competitively in powerlifting and is considering participating in bodybuilding competitions. Always up for a friendly push-up contest, Dan loves inspiring others to stay active and healthy. Additionally, he’s known for whipping up a mean breakfast, showcasing his culinary skills and making mornings a bit brighter.
