Operations Manager
Collin has been involved in the trades for over eight years, building hands-on experience across the industry. Driven by a passion for growth, he takes pride in fostering an environment where every team member can succeed and clients receive the highest level of service.
Outside of work, Collin and his wife recently welcomed their first daughter, who has quickly become the center of their world. When he gets the chance, Collin also loves spending time on the golf course.
Lyden Joyner
Customer Service Specialist / Dispatcher
Lyden enjoys working in the fast-paced world of HVAC as a Customer Service Specialist and Dispatcher at Legacy Home Services. He takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, whether it’s supporting the field team or helping customers in the office. With patience, positivity, and empathy at the center of his work, Lyden focuses on creating a great experience for everyone he interacts with.
Outside of work, he likes to relax with a good book or unwind by listening to music, always bringing that same calm and positive energy back into his day-to-day role.
Jessica Hoffmeyer
Customer Service Specialist / Dispatcher
With over 10 years of customer service experience and 4 years in the HVAC industry, Jessica brings knowledge and compassion to her role as a Dispatcher and Call Center Representative at Legacy Home Services. She takes pride in being the first point of contact for clients, listening closely, answering questions, and making sure their needs are met quickly and with care. Helping people and supporting the team that brings comfort to homes and businesses is what she enjoys most.
Outside of work, Jessica loves spending quality time with her family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and relaxing with a good book.
Michael Ferrara
Installer
Mike is an HVAC Technician with nearly 9 years of experience in the trade, having worked across a wide range of jobs and projects. He takes pride in delivering 5-star service on every call, making sure each system runs just the way it should and that customers feel confident in their comfort.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, playing Frisbee golf, and fishing. He brings that same focus and enthusiasm to his work as he does to his hobbies.
Jason Moody
Service Technician / Warehouse Associate
Jason joined Legacy Home Services in 2023, beginning his career in service before moving into installs. Today, he specializes in fabrication and oversees the warehouse and inventory, while still stepping in for service calls and installs when needed. His versatility and dedication make him a valuable part of the team.
Outside of work, Jason is a proud Iraq War veteran and actively supports veteran organizations. He also serves on the board of directors at his church. Most importantly, he’s a devoted father to his daughter and son.
Chase Lein
HVAC Specialist
Chase brings over four years of hands-on field experience along with a year of classroom training. He is dedicated to making sure every home’s HVAC system runs safely, efficiently, and comfortably, giving customers peace of mind year-round.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending time outdoors with his husky, Zoe, exploring local nature preserves, and making memories with his family.
Zach Olson
HVAC Specialist
Zach enjoys helping customers and solving problems each day, bringing a positive attitude to every interaction. When he’s not working, he spends time with his wife and their newborn. Together, they love playing board games, so don’t hesitate to ask Zach for a recommendation or share a new one for him to try!
Jeff Haske
HVAC Specialist
Jeff has been serving in the heating and cooling industry for over 15 years, helping homeowners stay comfortable through reliable, high-quality service. He takes pride in being honest, detail-oriented, and treating every home as if it were his own.
Outside of work, Jeff leads a local Scouting America program, where he teaches kids outdoor skills and leadership, something he’s just as passionate about as his trade. His dedication to both his profession and community reflects his commitment to making a positive impact wherever he goes.
Jacob Ealey
HVAC Specialist
Jacob has been an HVAC Technician for three years and takes pride in making sure customers feel comfortable and cared for in their homes. As a proud dad to a one-year-old daughter, he understands just how important it is to have a safe and cozy home environment.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys watching football and spending time with his family. He looks forward to helping customers keep their homes running smoothly and comfortably.
Diego Esquivel

Diego is an HVAC Specialist with several years of hands-on experience helping homeowners and small businesses stay comfortable year-round. Since entering the HVAC field, Diego has worked on a wide variety of systems and is dedicated to making sure every job is done right.
Outside of work, Diego is a proud father of two boys and loves spending quality time with his wife and kids. Whether at home or outdoors, he values creating everyday moments with his family. Joe Rice
HVAC Specialist / Comfort Advisor
Joe comes from a multi-generation HVAC family and has been around the trade his entire life. Growing up in the industry gave him a strong foundation of technical skills and a passion for helping customers feel comfortable in their homes. Now with Legacy Home Services, he continues that tradition of quality and reliability.
Outside of work, Joe is a big fan of hockey and music, which are his favorite ways to unwind and recharge.
Dan O’Brien
HVAC Specialist / Comfort Advisor
After deciding it was time to build a real career, Dan found his place in the HVAC industry, his own way of serving the community, inspired by his family’s background in public service. With nearly three years of experience, he’s worked his way up from install helper to lead installer and now takes on service calls, tackling everything from simple fixes to the toughest jobs with skill and dedication.
Based in St. Charles, He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, relaxing by the pool, and hunting down the best food around. He’s on a mission to find the best pizza in Illinois, so be sure to share your favorite spot!
Todd Winders
HVAC Specialist / Comfort Advisor
Todd has been working in HVAC for over 12 years and takes pride in providing reliable, long-term solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. He believes in doing the job right the first time and making sure every homeowner feels confident and comfortable with the work being done.
Outside of work, Todd is a proud husband and father of three, with one more on the way. He enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping with his family, and he brings that same dedication and care to the customers he serves.
